- Can we switch to paid price plan anytime once we decide? Sure, we recommed to start with free account and try Piggy with few interested customers. Once ready for full rollout to all your customers, ask our support team for upgrade.
- Is hardware readers lease included in monthly fee? Paid price plan covers maintenance of prepaid accounts and email support. Hardware components, e.g. USB readers or mobile phone price is not included and can be purchased separately from your local hardware store.
