Hardware

Very important part of the service is the terminal equipment. Currently we support following configurations:

Computer with external USB NFC reader

Basic and the most easiest configuration. You need just PC (notebook) and USB NFC reader. Together with Piggy web application you can create new customer account, credit user account, activate NFC tags (smartcard, badge, sticker) and create reports for invoicing. PC with NFC reader can be used also for payment for goods. There is a section Register with list of predefined goods or products which customer purchase. Payment is done by attaching the tag to NFC reader.

Tablet with NFC reader

The best fit for point of sales application is our unique tablet with internal reader MTP283. It is 7" capacitive touch display device with front NFC antenna.
Alteratively, you can use any Android tablet with internal NFC reader or external one on USB host interface.

Smart phone

For ultra-mobile deployment of Piggy private payment system we recommend to use standard Android smartphone with internal NFC reader.
